  • Yukon Gold Potatoes

Directions

  1. First, wash the potatoes and place them on the bottom of your Instant Pot pot.
  2. Second, place your trivet on top of the potatoes. Then, place the chicken on top of the trivet.
  3. After that, pour the chicken broth over the top of the chicken and potatoes.
  4. At this point, add all of the seasonings evenly on top of the chicken.
  5. Next, set your Instant Pot to pressure cook for 20 minutes.
