  • Gluten Free Blackened Seasoning (store-bought or make your own with cayenne pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, and whatever else you’d like to make your shrimp blackened)

  1. First, in a medium dish add the shrimp, olive oil, blackening seasoning, and lime juice and toss to coat the shrimp.
  2. Second, rinse the wooden skewers in water.
  3. Next, place the shrimp on to the skewers through the tail and back.
