Here is the first installment of my Weekly Meal Plans! I will be posting a new meal plan every week with a printable shopping list included for your convenience.
All of these meals are affordable and gluten-free. If you do not need to eat a gluten-free diet, you can easily substitute any item listed for a similar item that you would typically purchase. For example, we use gluten-free noodles for pasta dishes but you can swap those out for regular noodles, which are also cheaper.
Each meal listed, will have a link that will take you to a recipe on a website or a notecard that you can print. All are meals that my family actually eats each week. Most of these meals are tried and true favorites and some we are trying out for the first time. If we find something new that we really love, it gets added to our Family Favorites List.
I have listed 4 meals, as we often have a night where we eat up excess leftovers, or a night that we eat out. Additionally, sometimes we will double up one of our favorite meals and have it on two separate nights. These meals make about 6 servings. We are a family of 3 and these feed us all for dinner plus leftovers for lunch the next day.
