This juicy and delicious Sheetpan Italian Chicken is super yummy and easy to make for a no-fuss evening meal!
Sheetpan Italian Chicken
What you will need:
- 1 lb. Chicken Breast
- 1.7 oz. Packet Italian Dressing Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
- 3 Potatoes Sliced
- Asparagus
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Place chicken breasts on sheet pan.

Scatter potatoes onto the sheet pan.

Smother chicken & potatoes in butter.
-
Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.

Place in oven for 45 minutes.

Remove from oven.

Place asparagus onto the sheet pan.
-
Smother in butter & sprinkle packet of Italian seasoning.

Place back in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

Serve & enjoy!
Are you gluten-free? No problem! We eat gluten-free in our house and this recipe is completely gluten-free! Just make sure to check the ingredients on the Italian seasoning packet. You can also just use regular Italian seasoning.
