Cream Cheese Chicken Enchiladas 1lb. Boneless Chicken 1 8oz. Package Cream Cheese 1 4oz. Can Diced Mild Green Chilies 1 Package Taco Seasoning 1 Package 10ct Soft Taco Shells 1 Package Shredded Colby Jack Cheese Add all ingredients except taco shells to your slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Add the mixture evenly to taco shells and roll them up. Place the rolled up tacos into a baking pan. Add shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 or until the cheese melts. Optional: broil for a couple of minutes to slightly brown the cheese.
