Instructions
First, dry the turkey legs as much as you can by patting them with a paper towel.
4 turkey legs
After the turkey legs are pretty dry, season them to your liking with salt and pepper.
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon pepper
Next, use a small bowl and stir in the remaining seasonings with the softened butter, combining them well.
1 tablespoon butter,
¼ teaspoon rosemary,
¼ teaspoon oregano,
¼ teaspoon thyme
Following that, take the seasoned butter and rub it generously on each turkey leg, making sure to get under the skin if you can as well.
1 tablespoon butter,
4 turkey legs
Next, be sure to preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Finally, place as many turkey legs as will fit without touching into your air fryer and cook for about 30 minutes.
Lastly, make sure each turkey leg reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Add more cooking time if needed to reach the proper temp.
After cooking, let your turkey legs rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
