Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb baby bella mushrooms
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese Dairy Free: use vegan cream cheese
  • 2 oz shredded mozzarella cheese Dairy Free: use vegan shredded cheese
  • cup gluten free panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
  • Next, rinse the mushrooms to remove any dirt and dry the mushrooms with a paper towel. Carefully scoop out the stems.
  • After that, mix the cheeses, breadcrumbs, bacon, and chives in a mixing bowl.
  • Following that, stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and place them on the sheet pan without touching.
  • Finally, bake the mushrooms for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Dairy Free Sub: use vegan cream cheese and vegan shredded cheese in place of the regular cheeses in this recipe.
