While your air fryer is preheating, mince the cloves of garlic. Then, pat the pork tenderloin dry with some paper towels.
After that, drizzle the pork tenderloin with the olive oil and sprinkle it with the garlic that you just minced, the lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and some salt and pepper.
Use a brush to evenly distribute all of the seasonings on the pork on all sides.
Following that, place the seasoned pork loin into your air fryer basket. You may need to cut the pork in half in order for it to fit depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook the pork for 20 minutes. Once done, check the internal temperature of the pork with a meat thermometer making sure it has reached 145 degrees F.
If the internal temperature has not reached 145, cook it for an additional few minutes and check it again. Continue doing this until the proper temperature has been reached.
Finally, remove the pork loin from the air fryer, and place it on a cutting board to rest for about 3-5 minutes.
Slice your roast and serve it with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
