Cajun Potatoes in the Air Fryer (Gluten Free)

These scrumptious Air Fryer Cajun Diced Potatoes are so easy and versatile! You can use them as a side for literally any meal. My favorite meal to make these with is bacon and eggs for breakfast.

White Potatoes

Cajun Seasoning

Melted Butter
1 Stick (or use olive oil)
Instructions
First, dice all of the potatoes. The smaller you dice, the crispier the potatoes will be.
Second, place the diced potatoes on the air fryer rack and coat them with butter or oil.
Next, sprinkle the potatoes with the Cajun seasoning to your desired taste.
After that, air fry the potatoes for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
When the timer beeps, take a spatula and flip the potatoes.
Finally, air fry again for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve & enjoy!

Notes
Dairy free sub: be sure to use oilve oil in place of butter.
