  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Chicken Thighs Thawed
  • 1 Package of Gluten-Free Stuffing You can also use a jar or can or homemade.
  • 1 ½ Cups Water
  • 1 14.5 oz Can Green Beans Drained
  • 1 14.5 oz Packet Gluten-Free Gravy Prepared

Instructions
 

  • First, spray your slow cooker with non-stick olive oil cooking spray or use a slow cooker liner.
  • Second, place the thawed, raw chicken on the bottom of the slow cooker in an even layer.
  • Next, top the chicken with the package of stuffing, water (or chicken broth or chicken stock), green beans, and the prepared gravy.
  • Finally, put the lid on your slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • When finished, the stuffing should have a soft texture and be nicely golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
