  • Instant Pot


  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Boneless Chicken Thighs if using frozen chicken breasts, its best to thaw first or adjust cooking time
  • 8 Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1 15oz can Chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  • First, wash the potatoes and place them on the bottom of your Instant Pot pot.
  • Second, place your trivet on top of the potatoes. Then, place the chicken on top of the trivet.
  • After that, pour the chicken broth over the top of the chicken and potatoes.
  • At this point, add all of the seasonings evenly on top of the chicken.
  • Next, set your Instant Pot to pressure cook for 20 minutes.
  • Finally, let your Instant Pot do a natural release for about 10 minutes and then release the rest of the pressure manually.
  • Lastly, season with a bit of extra salt and pepper if desired.
  • Serve and enjoy!
