4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Boneless Chicken Thighs if using frozen chicken breasts, its best to thaw first or adjust cooking time 8 Yukon Gold Potatoes 1 15oz can Chicken broth 1 tablespoon Garlic powder 1 tablespoon Paprika Salt to taste Pepper to taste
First, wash the potatoes and place them on the bottom of your Instant Pot pot.
Second, place your trivet on top of the potatoes. Then, place the chicken on top of the trivet.
After that, pour the chicken broth over the top of the chicken and potatoes.
At this point, add all of the seasonings evenly on top of the chicken.
Next, set your Instant Pot to pressure cook for 20 minutes.
Finally, let your Instant Pot do a natural release for about 10 minutes and then release the rest of the pressure manually.
Lastly, season with a bit of extra salt and pepper if desired.
