of Cooked Bacon or Turkey Bacon

Milk or Unsweetened Nut Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking Spray
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the eggs, milk and salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Pour the egg mixture onto a small sheet pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 8 minutes or until the eggs are set in the middle.
Once the eggs have cooled, cut them into eight pieces.
Toast your bagels and assemble your bagel sandwiches as you wish. I like to do one slice of egg, one slice of bacon cut in two, and cheese on top.
Serve and enjoy!

Notes
Dairy Free Sub: if you would like to make this sandwich dairy free, you can sub the cheese with sliced vegan cheese.
