gluten free panko breadcrumbs
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
Next, rinse the mushrooms to remove any dirt and dry the mushrooms with a paper towel. Carefully scoop out the stems.
After that, mix the cheeses, breadcrumbs, bacon, and chives in a mixing bowl.
Following that, stuff the mushrooms with the mixture and place them on the sheet pan without touching.
Finally, bake the mushrooms for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Serve and enjoy!
