Gluten Free Bread Machine Bread

This simple 3-ingredient gluten free bread machine bread recipe could not be easy! Serve with your favorite soup or by itself with your favorite butter!

Equipment

  • Bread Machine

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Gluten Free King Arthur 1:1 Flour
  • 2 cups Warm Water add a bit more if dough is dry
  • ½ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the warm water (should be slightly warmer than room temp) and mix thuroughly.
  • Pour your dough into your non-stick bread machine pan. Don't forget the dough hook!
  • Set your bread machine to the gluten free setting if it has it. It not, use the quick bake setting or express bake setting.
  • Once the bread is done, let it cool, slice and serve!
