First, combine the orange juice, lime juice, garlic, drained chilies, cumin, and chicken in a large bowl and mix well together.
Next, scoop out about one-quarter of the mixture and place in the middle of a tortilla. Sprinkle the top with about 2 tablespoon of cheese.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and wrap it around the mixture somewhat tightly. Set it aside with the seam side down.
Repeat the last two steps for the rest of the mixture and tortillas.
After that, preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Then you will want to lightly spray your air fryer basket as well as all sides of the chimichangas with the cooking spray.
Place 2 of the chimichangas with the seam sides down in your air fryer basket and make sure they are not touching.
Cook the chimichangas for about 7 to 8 minutes, making sure to flip halfway them halfway through. You will know they are done cooking when they are slightly golden and crisp.
Repeat the last two steps with the rest of the chimichangas.
Top each chimichanga with shredded lettuce, two tablespoon of pico de gallo, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, and 1 oz of avocado. Garnish will cilantro if you like and enjoy!
