  • Air Fryer

  • 8 Catfish Fillets
  • Cooking Oil Spray
  • 2 Beaten Eggs
  • ½ Cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour we prefer King Arthur
  • 2 Cups Gluten-Free Panko Breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Optional: Lemon Wedges and Tartar Sauce

  • First, stir the seasonings and breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl and set it aside.
  • Second, whisk the eggs in a separate mixing bowl.
  • Next, in a third bowl, add the flour.
  • After that, use a paper towel to pat the fish dry.
  • Following that, dredge each fillet in the flour and then the egg and shake off any excess.
  • Then you will want to coat each fillet with the breadcrumbs.
  • Next, spray the fish and the air fryer basket with cooking oil spray of choice (we like olive oil).
  • Finally, place the fish in the air fryer basket as evenly as possible. You may need to cook your fish in batches, especially if you have a smaller air fryer.
  • Lastly, cook the fish in your air fryer for 8-10 minutes at 390*F. Be sure to flip your fish to the other side about halfway through cooking time and coat with some additional oil spray.
  • Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges and enjoy!
