Ingredients

cooked and chilled shredded chicken
you can also use 12.5 oz canned chicken drained

medium avocado
pitted and mashed

tbsp
garlic powder
Add black pepper or lime juice for extra flavor if desired.

Mix all together in a bowl with a fork

Make sure to mash everything finely while you mix
Serve with crackers, in a wrap or on a sandwich with your favorite toppings
Notes
Use chilled cooked
shredded chicken breast
or leftover rotisserie chicken for the best flavor.
Add a little lemon juice or lime juice to keep the avocado from browning.
Serve on a bed of greens or in lettuce wraps for a low-carb meal.
