STEP 2: Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove the yolks and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
STEP 3: Break up the yolks with a fork. Add the mustard, mayo, sugar, hot sauce, and some Cajun seasoning, mix until smooth. Chill the egg mixture for 1-2 hours.
Cook the Shrimp
STEP 4: Season the raw shrimp with the Cajun blend seasoning. Heat the olive oil in a cast iron or heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat.

🥚 How to Make Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs
Follow the tips and infographics below to make the perfect hard boiled eggs every time!
Make perfect, easy-to-peel boiled eggs:
- Fill a big pot with cold water until the eggs are covered (there should be about half an inch of water above the eggshells).
- Then, heat the water until it boils, stirring every now and then.
- Cover the pot and take it off the heat.
- Allow the eggs to stay in the hot water for about 15 minutes.
- Take out the eggs and quickly put them in a bowl of ice-cold water for around 5 minutes.
- When peeling the eggs, run them under cool water to make it easier to remove the shells.

Easy Instant Pot boiled eggs:
- Put 1 cup of cold water into the inner pot of your Instant Pot if it's a 6-quart one, or 1.5 cups if it's an 8-quart size.
- Add the egg or steam rack, then carefully place as many eggs as you want onto the rack.
- Cover the pressure cooker with the lid, seal the valve, and set it to cook for 5 minutes on high pressure.
- Once the cooking time is up, wait for 5 minutes for the pressure to release naturally. After that, do a quick release and carefully take out the eggs from the Instant Pot with tongs and place them in a bowl of ice water.
- Let the eggs sit in the ice water for at least 5 minutes.
- Finally, remove the eggs from the ice water bath and peel them under cold running water.

Remember, precooked shrimp don't need much time to warm up, so keep an eye on them to prevent them from getting tough.
