The Top 10 Best Gluten-Free Meals at Your Favorite Restaurants

Finding delicious gluten-free meals at popular restaurants can be a challenge. To help you navigate, we’ve curated a list of the best gluten-free options at ten of your favorite dining spots. Whether you have a gluten intolerance or are simply avoiding gluten, these meals will satisfy your cravings.

Please note that the following items do not contain wheat or gluten ingredients. However, some of these products may have the possibility of being cross-contaminated as they are not all certified gluten-free. So, some of these items may not be suitable for someone with celiac disease.

Gluten Friendly Menu: IHOP has a variety of gluten-friendly items on its menu to cater to gluten-sensitive diners. Enjoy their gluten-friendly pancakes or the gluten-friendly pancake combo, which includes eggs and meat.

Other gluten-friendly options include hashbrowns, crispy breakfast potatoes, a slice of ham, seasonal fruit, and french fries. These choices ensure a satisfying and worry-free dining experience at IHOP.
