- 2 lbs Country style ribs bone-in with out without membrane
- 2 tbsp Gluten free pork dry rub
- ½ C Your favorite BBQ sauce Try our delicious gluten free BBQ sauce recipe! use as much sauce as you like
Spray your air fryer with nonstick cooking spray or use an air fryer liner and preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel and cut them into smaller pieces if needed.
2 lbs Country style ribs bone-in
Season both sides with the dry rub and press it into the meat with clean hands.
2 tbsp Gluten free pork dry rub
Wrap the seasoned ribs in aluminum foil and place them in the bottom of the air fryer basket. Air fry for 20 minutes.
Flip the ribs, cook for another 20 minutes, then unwrap.
Brush with BBQ sauce and air fry for 1-2 more minutes unwrapped. Serve and enjoy!

- Pat ribs dry with a paper towel to help the seasoning stick better.
- Use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature reaches between 190 and 200 degrees F for safety and the best texture.
- Cook ribs in a single layer for proper airflow and even cooking.
- Rub your ribs with a bit of mustard if you're having trouble getting the seasonings to stick.
- If you do not have a preheat function on your air fryer, you can heat it at 360 for about 5 minutes before adding the ribs.
- If you have a smaller air fryer, make sure to cut your ribs into smaller pieces so that they fit.
