  • 2 lbs Country style ribs bone-in with out without membrane
  • 2 tbsp Gluten free pork dry rub
  • ½ C Your favorite BBQ sauce Try our delicious gluten free BBQ sauce recipe! use as much sauce as you like

Instructions

  • Spray your air fryer with nonstick cooking spray or use an air fryer liner and preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
  • Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel and cut them into smaller pieces if needed.
    2 lbs Country style ribs bone-in
  • Season both sides with the dry rub and press it into the meat with clean hands.
    2 tbsp Gluten free pork dry rub
  • Wrap the seasoned ribs in aluminum foil and place them in the bottom of the air fryer basket. Air fry for 20 minutes.
  • Flip the ribs, cook for another 20 minutes, then unwrap.
  • Brush with BBQ sauce and air fry for 1-2 more minutes unwrapped. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Pat ribs dry with a paper towel to help the seasoning stick better.
  • Use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature reaches between 190 and 200 degrees F for safety and the best texture.
  • Cook ribs in a single layer for proper airflow and even cooking.
  • Rub your ribs with a bit of mustard if you're having trouble getting the seasonings to stick.
  • If you do not have a preheat function on your air fryer, you can heat it at 360 for about 5 minutes before adding the ribs.
  • If you have a smaller air fryer, make sure to cut your ribs into smaller pieces so that they fit.
  • Store any leftover country style ribs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
