Ingredients and Notes

Gluten-free tortilla wraps – you will want an excellent gluten-free tortilla that is wrappable. I would suggest using one made from gluten-free flour rather than corn. We really like the Mission brand wraps.

Cooked ground sausage – feel free to use any other ground meat if you are not a sausage fan. You could try ground turkey or ground chicken. Just make sure to season it well.

Shredded cheese – you can use any cheese you like for this recipe. We prefer to use sharp cheddar, but you could try pepper jack, gouda, etc.
