Instant Pot Ground Turkey White Bean Chili
This easy Turkey White Bean Chili made in the Instant Pot is full of flavor, protein, and perfect for a cozy weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 carton bone broth 24 oz
- 1 bag frozen white/yellow corn 12 oz
- 1 can canellini beans
- 1 heaping tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp each cumin, oregano, onion powder
- ½ tbsp each coriander, dried cilantro
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp pink salt
- Optional toppings tortilla strips or fritos, avocado slices, lime wedges, and fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Turn on sauté mode and add the oil, and turkey1 tbsp avocado oil, 1 lb lean ground turkey
- Break up the turn and cook until almost browned
- Add the garlic and cook 1 or 2 more minutes1 heaping tbsp minced garlic
- Turn off sauté mode and add the rest of the ingredients (except toppings)1 carton bone broth, 1 bag frozen white/yellow corn, 1 can canellini beans, 1 tbsp each, 1/2 tbsp each, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp pink salt
- Stir, lock the lead and turn the valve to sealing
- Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes
- Let the Instant Pot release pressure naturally for about 10 minutes before releasing the rest of the pressure.
- Add your favorite toppings. Serve and enjoy!Optional toppings
Notes
- Buy pre-minced garlic from the grocery store for quicker cooking.
- Buy frozen avocado chunks for an easy topping.
- Don’t skip letting the pressure naturally release for at least 10 minutes. Otherwise, there will be a lot of steam.
- Use fresh ground turkey so you don’t have to take extra time to thaw it.
- To store: Let the chili cool, then transfer it to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
